Aivika® Surf is an innovative SaaS (Software as a Service) product from the internationally known New Dynamic Solutions ,providing a unique document management proposition aimed at SMEs that brings together the need to easily capture your documentation onto a safe and secure platform while still being able to participate in business processes and document workflow.
Operating like a cloud computing concept means that with Aivika® Surf there is minimal IT infrastructure and software investment required by our customers. We host the platform and infrastructure, you just input the documents.

scan, capture and approve documents; and actively manage digital
archives with the help of Aivika® Surf which provides high-volume access
to document archives from a centrally administered server. With Aivika® Surf, real-world document management via a Web-browser interface is delivered. Staff can search, retrieve, create, move, rename and annotate documents as they would with the standard Aivika® Processing Engine, while users view and edit index information, managing document archives from within Aivika Surf. Importing and organizing documents in your Aivika® Surf repository is as simple and intuitive as it it is with the Aivika Processing Engine. Specify metadata, drag and drop documents pages – even scan paper over the Web. | A quick search bar appears on every page, so you can
full-text search open documents or the entire repository at any time.
Context lines in the search results display exactly where your search
terms are in the document. Thumbnails of a documents pages helps you navigate documents more easily, as well as review documents without opening them. | Dynamic image viewing enables you to zoom in and outor pan in any
direction by dragging documents with your mouse, with no page reload
times. Annotation tools let you add callouts and text boxes, underline and strikethrough text and create vector graphics, all without altering the original image. Users can also attach a file directory ta a document as an annotation. | Scanned documents can be downloaded
as PDF files, to which one can apply, read and write access passwords.
PDF annotations, rendered as removable PDF layers can be displayed or
